1. Eligibility
   Open to individuals 18+. Limit one entry, one spin, and one prize per household per event. Individuals at the same residential address are one household. Renovat Homes employees and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. No purchase necessary to enter or spin.

2. How to Enter
   Complete the designated Spin to Win entry form before spinning. Duplicate household entries or attempts to obtain additional spins may be disqualified.

3. Prize Determination
   The prize indicated by the pointer after a valid completed spin is the participant's prize, subject to these terms. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and have no cash redemption value.

4. $500 Off Your Project
   Valid toward one new qualifying Renovat Homes remodeling contract of at least $10,000. New contracts only; not retroactive; no cash redemption; subject to redemption and offer-combination restrictions.

5. Free Sink
   Valid with a qualifying kitchen remodel. Includes an eligible approved sink within the applicable prize allowance. Homeowner pays any amount above the allowance.

6. Free Cabinet Hardware
   Valid with a qualifying kitchen remodel. Includes eligible knobs and/or pulls within the applicable allowance. Homeowner may pay the difference for upgraded selections.

7. Free Under-Cabinet Lighting
   Valid with a qualifying kitchen remodel. Includes eligible lighting within the applicable allowance and standard installation when reasonably incorporated into the remodel. New circuits, extensive wiring, panel work, drywall repair, specialty controls, or other work outside standard scope may cost extra.

8. Free Shower Niche
   Valid with a qualifying bathroom remodel. Includes one standard 18"x15" niche as specified by Renovat Homes, subject to wall conditions, framing, plumbing, waterproofing, code and construction feasibility.

9. Free Bath Accessory Set
   Valid with a qualifying bathroom remodel. Includes an eligible coordinated accessory set within the applicable allowance. Style, finish and availability may vary.

10. Free Moen Shower Kit
    Valid with a qualifying bathroom remodel. Includes an eligible Moen shower kit with a material allowance up to $250. Homeowner pays any excess. Standard installation is included when part of the qualifying remodel; work outside normal scope may cost extra.

11. Free Moen Faucet
    Valid with a qualifying kitchen or bathroom remodel. Includes an eligible Moen faucet with a material allowance up to $200. Homeowner pays any excess. Standard installation is included when part of the qualifying remodel; work outside normal scope may cost extra.

12. YETI Tumbler
    No remodeling contract required. Awarded at the event while supplies last. Model, size and color depend on inventory. Renovat Homes may substitute a reasonably comparable item of similar value if unavailable.

13. Prize Allowances
    Where no dollar allowance is stated, Renovat Homes determines the eligible products and applicable allowance and will communicate it before selection/order. Homeowner may pay the difference for an eligible higher-cost selection.

14. Installation & Additional Work
    Standard installation is included only when reasonably incorporated into the qualifying remodel. Additional plumbing, electrical, framing, structural, waterproofing, finish work, repairs, modifications, permits or specialty labor outside the standard prize/contract scope may cost extra.

15. Redemption Period
    Project-related prizes must be redeemed by entering into the applicable qualifying Renovat Homes contract within 90 days of winning. The project may start or finish later, subject to requirements, materials and scheduling. Unredeemed project prizes expire after 90 days.

16. Combining Offers
    Limit one Spin to Win prize per household and qualifying project. May not be combined with other Renovat Homes coupons, discounts, promotions, incentives or special offers unless approved by Renovat Homes in writing.

17. Availability & Substitutions
    Products, models, finishes and colors are subject to availability. If a prize is unavailable, discontinued or impractical, Renovat Homes may provide a reasonably comparable substitute or apply the applicable allowance toward another eligible product without reducing an already validly awarded prize.

18. Project Feasibility
    Project prizes are subject to site conditions, codes, manufacturer requirements, compatibility and reasonable construction feasibility. Renovat Homes is not required to perform unsafe, prohibited, technically impractical or out-of-scope work. A comparable alternative or applicable allowance may be offered when necessary.

19. Verification & Disqualification
    Renovat Homes may verify eligibility and entry information. Duplicate household entries, materially false/incomplete information, extra-spin attempts, wheel manipulation, fraud or other abuse may result in disqualification.

20. Promotion Operation
    Renovat Homes may suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with fair operation, subject to law. Valid prizes awarded before a change will not be invalidated or reduced.

21. General
    Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Promotion and prizes are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
